Oasys, Managing Partner of MTSA JV, Wins Prime Contract with DHS
March 2017 – Oasys is excited to announce that Management and Technical Services Alliance Joint Venture (MTSA JV) receives a Prime Contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) on their Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical) and Technical Services (PACTS II) IDIQ Contract Vehicle. Oasys is the Managing Partner of MTSA JV.
