Tony Johnson, President, CEO and co-founder of Oasys
Tony is an experienced technologist, entrepreneur and leader with more than 25 years experience guiding professional services and technology efforts. Under his guidance, Oasys has been recognized by Inc. on their annual Inc. 500/5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies in America at number 326 and 973 respectively in 2016 and 2017. Prior to Oasys Tony served as CEO and co-founder of Ennovex Solutions, a technology services firm acquired by Scitor Corporation. While at Ennovex, he was recognized by SmartCEO as an Emerging Growth Leader. Tony has led projects for a variety of national customers including Headquarters U.S. Central Command, the White House Communications Agency, the G8 Summit, and the Defense Information Systems Agency as a Principal at SRA International.
Tony holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Angelo State University and a M.S. in Information Systems from Florida State University. He is an Air Force Veteran with more than 130 combat and combat support missions on the RC-135 platform. Tony enjoys playing golf and traveling in his spare time and resides in Vienna, Virginia.
Paige Openshaw, Director of Operations at Oasys
Paige brings over 15 years of experience managing a variety of Federal projects, contracts and corporate activities. In her role at Oasys, Paige is responsible for day-to-day corporate functions, including Accounting, Contracts, Human Resources, Proposal Management, Security and Strategic Planning and Execution.
Prior to joining Oasys, Paige supported various federal agencies including the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence (OUSDI), Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). She has built a reputation as an adaptable staff officer who anticipates customer needs and adapts quickly to changing priorities and tasks. She is incredibly skilled in gathering, analyzing and interpreting a myriad of information and synthesizing it into key issues for senior leaders, and adept at translating strategic direction into executable business plans.
Paige holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Economy with a Specialization in International Relations from Michigan State University, as well as an MBA from the University of Liverpool. Paige enjoys spending time with her family and traveling in her spare time and resides in Vienna, Virginia.
Steve Kerr, Director of Integrated Solutions at Oasys
Steve brings over 40 years of experience in the maintenance, testing, analysis, design and development of C4I systems and leading technical personnel. He has extensive Program/Project Management experience at all levels and with various contract types. In his role at Oasys Steve is responsible for all client service delivery for the company and is an industry recognized expert in identity management for the U.S Federal government.
Prior to joining Oasys, Steve supported Identity Credential and Access Management (ICAM) policy work across the U.S. Federal government as well as for state, local, tribal and territorial stakeholders at the Office of the Program Manager – Information Sharing Executive (PM-ISE). Before that Steve was a co-founder and COO at Ennovex Solutions where he led operations for the firm. Prior to his time at Ennovex Steve served as a Technical Director and Principal in the Defense Sector of SRA International.
Steve holds two Associates Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force as well as a B.S. in Sociology from Excelsior College. He is an Air Force retiree where he worked on Air Defense, Intelligence and Intelligence Training systems. In his last Air Force position, Steve served as the System Acquisition Manager for what was at the time the world’s largest Computer Based Training (CBT) system. In his spare time, Steve enjoys scuba diving, is a scuba instructor and resides in Aiken, South Carolina.
John R. “Bob” Nunnally, Jr., Director of Corporate Growth and Development
Bob is a well-known figure in Federal and Commercial Information Technology (IT) circles. Bob is responsible for critical marketing, strategy and business development initiatives, all while helping our customers meet the complexities of today’s evolving challenges
Prior to joining Oasys, Bob served as President and COO of the Ambit Group where he oversaw all company operations and contract delivery. Under his leadership, Ambit expanded its service offerings and improved company performance. In 2016, Bob received the SmartCEO Magazine Executive Management Award.
Bob completed a 23-year military career in the U.S. Air Force where he served as a fighter pilot and commander of various combat organizations, and on the Hill in Legislative Affairs. Following his military career, Bob served as a Senior Subject Matter Expert with Toffler Associates supporting the National Security Agency, FBI, DoD and other federal agencies helping develop policy and deliver process improvement. While at Toffler, Bob led a number of strategic planning engagements based on the creation of alternative futures and the use of business-based game theory.
Bob is active in a number of professional and charity organizations, contributes to national and regional media, and is a noted keynote speaker. He is a member of the AFCEA Homeland Security Committee and is on the board of two non-profits. His publications include Learning Through History, GovernmentCIO Magazine, Washington Technology, Chicken Soup for the Soul, and Georgia Magazine. Bob has served as a keynote speaker for corporate meetings and conferences across the US and abroad. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and the Air War College. He resides in the District of Columbia.
Chris Price, Director of Technical Strategy and Engineering
Chris is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and overall guidance for the Oasys engineering delivery team. Over the course of his 20+ year career, he has developed, integrated, and supported solutions for customers across both the government and commercial space. Chris combines his interest in mentorship and strategic planning with his technical expertise to guide strategies and solutions.
Prior to Oasys, Chris provided engineering support to federal agencies including the Department of Defense (DoD) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). In addition, he served as a proponent and software architect of several GIS-based visualization tools, primarily used for organization-wide situational awareness and cost optimization.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, with a specialization in Computer Science from Virginia Tech. In addition, he has several professional certifications, including CISSP, EIT, and CSM. In his spare time, Chris is an aspiring audiophile who enjoys collecting and listening to records, experimenting with modular synthesis, and spending time with his family. He currently resides in Leesburg, Virginia.
